Kind words from happy clients … Dear Norman, Our December 2, 2006 fund raiser was an exciting success in many ways, thanks to you. The food was delicious and the serving of the dinner was made easy by your excellent set up and preparation. The service you gave us was pleasant and free of any stress and difficulties, which when running an even of this nature can be quite abundant. Dear Norman, Gary and I would like to let you know how much we enjoyed all of your efforts to make our wedding reception memorable. May 5th was an unforgettable day for both of us and the special touch you provided was an important element in its success. Your accessibility and attention to details throughout the planning stage, as well as on our wedding day, made an anxious bride a lot less nervous! The guests raved about the excellent gourmet cuisine (taste as well as presentation)—from the unique Chinese takeout containers to the "His & Hers" desserts at the end of the evening. We were especially impressed with the professional and attentive service before, during and after our reception. We greatly appreciated the personal touch which clearly sets you above the rest. Dear Norman, This note is to thank you so much for catering the party at my house last week. As you know, I was pretty nervous about having my guests back at my house for a luncheon. Norman, you held my hand from the moment we first met. You shot your practiced eye around the house when I asked about the size and said, “No Problem, No Problem …” You were right! It was no problem. I want to thank you for helping me make this a homey affair with seemingly no problem. I was told that the food was delicious. (I hate to tell you but I did not really eat.) Most important to me was the Staff you sent. They were absolutely stupendous. Everything was completely taken care of. The kitchen ran so smoothly even though so many people congregated there. Everyone had a smile—even though I am sure it was definitely hard for them to maneuver at times. Janice was so helpful as was Evelyn and the rest of the staff. Thank you for being there as well. The Open House was a real success for us and I am so glad to have been able to do this party “my way”. If not for you and your staff, it would not have been quite as perfect. So thank you so much!
